WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN Ambulatory Care for a local contract nursing job in New York, New York.

WCS is seeking a UAS Registered Nurse (RN) to conduct field visits for a large Medicaid assessment organization. This hybrid position (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) offers an excellent opportunity to join one of the most reputable healthcare organizations in New York.

Job Function:

\n

• Day Shift
\n
• 8:30am -4:30p/ 9am-5pm /10am-6pm.   
\n
• Conduct preliminary in-home evaluations for consumers.  
\n
• Review assessments to determine if the correct conclusion for eligibility of services was reached by the nurse assessor.
\n
• Collect data related to assessments and assessment outcomes.  
\n
• Examine each case for completeness, accuracy and consistency. Analyze UAS recommended scores in relation to nurse assessor determinations.
\n
• Conduct scheduled home visits with the nurse assessor. Examines data for outliers and researches such cases.
\n
• Develop/complete reports that track and trend activities/outcomes.
\n

Job Requirements:

• Required Education NYS RN Licensure.
\n
• 2 years of RN home care experience required.
\n
