Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care has partnered with a school district to hire a health office nurse to work in Cheektowaga, New York. School Health Office LPN Contract Details:

• $30 – $32.50 per hour
• Schedule follows the school district calendar
• Nurse will see students on an as-needed basis in the school health office

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Providing healthcare to students with acute or chronic health problems
• Conduct screenings and write referrals for health services
• Maintaining Student Records while complying with state and federal screenings
• Promoting education and wellness initiatives

Requirements:

• New York LPN License
• American Heart Association BLS
• Prior school setting or pediatrics experience
