Job Title: Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote (USA ONLY)
Status: 30 hours per week, Contractor
Compensation: $20-25 per hour MAX

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this important role, you will manage inbound communication related to our loan services, providing exceptional service to clients and prospective customers. If you have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of loan products, and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Inbound Communications: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries related to our loan services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide Accurate Information: Address client inquiries about loan products, terms, conditions, and application procedures.
- Assist with Loan Applications: Guide clients through the loan application process, explaining necessary documentation and outlining next steps.
- Problem Solving: Help clients resolve any issues or concerns regarding their loan accounts, payments, and transactions.
- Follow Up on Customer Inquiries: Ensure timely and effective follow-up on customer requests and questions.
- Document Client Interactions: Accurately record customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with loan officers and other team members to deliver seamless customer service and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest loan products, policies, and industry regulations.
- Adhere to Compliance Standards: Ensure that all client interactions and services comply with relevant policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in loan services, banking, or financial services.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex loan terms and processes clearly.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and phone systems.
- Problem Solving: Ability to efficiently address and resolve customer concerns.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing and documenting customer inquiries and interactions.
- Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service and assisting clients in achieving their financial goals.

Additional Skills:

- Familiarity with loan products (e.g., home loans, personal loans) is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage various communication channels simultaneously.
