Live-In Nanny for Twin Toddlers $62,400-$72,800 per year

Compensation: $30-$35 per hour
Schedule: 6+ days per week, 5-6 hours per day (flexible)
Start Date: ASAP

A warm and loving family in Naples, FL, is seeking an experienced and nurturing live-in nanny to care for twin 2.5-year-old girls. This role offers a stable, long-term position for a dedicated professional who can provide consistent care and household support. The family has an active lifestyle, including frequent travel, and values a nanny who is adaptable and reliable.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and loving care for twin toddlers, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that encourage development.
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, naps, and bedtime.
• Support the mother in maintaining a structured and organized schedule for the children.
• Accompany the family on travel as needed.
• Light household duties related to the children, including tidying play areas, meal prep, and children’s laundry.
• Work collaboratively with the family to ensure smooth scheduling and transitions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a nanny, preferably with toddlers and multiples.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to a changing schedule.
• Strong understanding of child development and engagement.
• A nurturing and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required (family provides a car for use).
• Comfortable with occasional travel.
• Must be able to maintain professional boundaries and respect family dynamics.
• Must provide 3-5 professional references.
• Must have US work authorization.
