Job Description

We are a plaintiff’s side tenant’s rights firm with an immediate opening for a junior litigation paralegal. Our ideal candidate is intellectually curious, a self starter, highly organized and a strong and persuasive writer.

We have an office in the Financial District but offer the opportunity for hybrid remote work.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience drafting and reviewing discovery
• Has great attention to detail;
• Is a confident, persuasive writer;
• Treats clients professionally and brings a positive attitude every day;
• Is comfortable communicating and working with clients of all walks of life to help them reach their goals;
• Is a self-starter, who takes ownership of their responsibilities and isn’t afraid to ask questions in order to grow and learn;
• Is proficient in Spanish;
• Is passionate about social justice and fighting for the underdog.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting complaints, written discovery requests/responses, and briefs;
• Managing and maintaining client files and staying on top of record requests;
• Working with clients to gather information and documents

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and a benefits package that includes PTO, 401K, and medical/dental/vision. Salary will vary depending on experience.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
