Exceptional and rare opportunity to join a top law firm in Boston supporting a key managing Partner as a Legal Executive Assistant. This is a highly visible and prominent position that requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion, initiative, flexibility, dependability and accountability. This will be a hybrid role with 3 days in office, and 2 remote days.

The day-to-day responsibilities will vary but will include:

  • All aspects of state and federal electronic filings
  • Prepare, proofread and format legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Submit attorney time, coordinate travel logistics and stay on top of an ever-changing, busy calendar
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, meeting correspondence, meeting minutes and records, and other required follow up, as well as prepare meetings materials and create presentation as needed
  • Assist with discovery requests, responses, and depositions by gathering and organizing materials
  • Strong command of iManage, organize and maintain electronic and physical case files, ensuring efficient document management for each client file
  • Prepare trial exhibits and presentations, utilizing organizational skills to anticipate attorney needs
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with scheduling depositions, hearings, and meetings
  • Assist with overflow from additional attorneys in the practice group

The successful candidate will have several years of proven experience supporting high-level litigators in a busy law firm environment, have superior communication skills, strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases, be proactive and pay close attention to detail while being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
