What Youll Do:

• Prospect, quote, and close new personal lines business
• Build strong relationships through excellent communication
• Discern client needs and provide the right solutionsturning every interaction into a win
• Collaborate with our team to exceed individual and agency sales goals

What You Bring:

• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
• Relentless work ethic, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach
• A competitive spirit, thick skin, and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to read people, quickly identify their needs, and close deals with confidence

The Benefits:

• Base pay of $15 to $17 per hour, with uncapped commissions and bonuses
• Earning potential of $60K to $100K plus annually based on performance
