Are you a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who thrives in a collaborative, structured environment and wants to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities?
An established, state-operated residential facility in Harlingen, TX is seeking an experienced LPC for a contract, on-site role providing essential behavioral health and counseling services.
What You’ll Bring:
✅ Active LPC license (Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors)
✅ Bilingual in English/Spanish
✅ CPR certification (AHA approved)
✅ Experience working in residential or institutional settings
✅ Passion and commitment to serving individuals with complex mental health needs
Details:
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract Length: Minimum 3 months (potential for extension)
