Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Investigator at Bearden Investigative Agency in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Investigator will be responsible for conducting investigative tasks such as surveillance, deep background checks, due diligence, forensics analysis, and expert witness support. The role involves working closely with legal professionals and utilizing advanced technology to gather and analyze evidence accurately and discreetly.

 

Qualifications

• Investigative research and analysis skills
• Surveillance techniques and tools proficiency
• Experience in conducting background checks and due diligence
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team
• Experience in family law or criminal investigations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Law, or related field
