Company: The Conway Insurance Agency, Allstate Insurance 

Job Title : Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

Location : Remote

Job Opportunity:  This is a  Remote   Licensed Insurance Sales Agent  role with a base pay from $30k to $40k  annually.

Total Compensation:  $75k to $85k annually with top producers earning over $100k +annually.

Hours : Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM ( CST ) 

Responsibilities:   Included but not limited to:

• In-bound and outbound sales communication
• Composing emails and text messages
• Achieving performance goals: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis
• Participating in professional development and training

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales Experience
• Have a valid P&C (Property and Casualty) license in your home state
• Ability to obtain non-resident licenses 
• Have a stable and reliable internet connection
• Strong time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A drive for success
• Previous experience in a Captive Agency 

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience with Allstate 
• Bilingual – English/Spanish
