Swan Associates, Inc. has immediate openings for FULL-TIME Commercial HVAC Technicians. Swan is a family-owned business that was established in 1973 and is a manufacturer’s representative of multiple Commercial HVAC OEM’s based in Newington, Connecticut. Swan Associates ’Service Division supports the sales team by servicing, maintaining and installing our OEM equipment lines for clients throughout Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Complete multiple maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment.
• Receive work orders and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment with written detailed documentation.
• Perform startups and preventive maintenance work.
• Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot service issues.
• Repair equipment to operate at manufacturer specifications.
• Installation of commercial HVAC equipment
• Maintain knowledge of company offered services.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers and coworkers.
• Provide excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Qualified applicants must reside in CT or MA.
• Qualified applicants must have refrigeration and HVAC experience
• License preferred but not required.
• Qualified applicants must be willing to assume "on-call" duties every 5-7 weeks.
• Commercial experience is preferred.
• Strong desire to learn, achieve and grow with the company.
• Certificate from a Technical or Trade school is required.
• OSHA10 Certification preferred but not required.

• Pay: $40+ per hour dependant upon experience
