Ventana Apartments (350 Units) 14015 North 94th Street Scottsdale, AZ 85260 Compensation: Based on experience plus generous monthly bonuses. Your role extends beyond leasing apartments-you are responsible for creating meaningful connections with prospects and residents, ensuring high occupancy rates, and fostering a welcoming environment that reflects the quality and values of the community. Your Purpose & Contribution Enhance Community Engagement - Build strong relationships with prospects and residents, fostering a sense of belonging and ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Drive Leasing Success - Understand prospects' needs, address objections, and guide them through the leasing process to maximize occupancy and secure lease agreements. Support Operational Excellence - Maintain accurate records, prepare lease documents, and ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures. Contribute to Financial Performance - Help achieve occupancy and retention goals by proactively engaging with residents and supporting revenue-driven leasing strategies. Create a Welcoming Environment - Promote a professional and inviting atmosphere for residents, guests, and coworkers to enhance the community experience. Strengthen Follow-Up & Service - Manage follow-ups with prospects and residents to improve leasing conversions and provide exceptional customer service. Leverage Technology for Efficiency - Utilize Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM software to optimize leasing operations and track performance effectively. Ensure Availability and Reliability- Be dependable to work 35-40 hours and flexible to work Monday through Saturday (closed on Sundays) with another day off. Who Thrives in This Role? We are seeking a customer-focused professional with: 1+ years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience in property management. A passion for assisting others and a commitment to delivering excellent service. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities. Experience using Microsoft Office and Yardi for leasing and administrative tasks. Strong attention to detail with a results-driven mindset. A collaborative and independent work style.
