Comstock is seeking a dynamic and strategic Leasing Manager to oversee leasing operations for a diverse portfolio of mixed-use developments. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for driving leasing performance, managing tenant relationships, and executing leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with strong negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing process from prospecting to lease execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial goals. 
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to optimize occupancy rates and attract high-quality tenants. 
• Manage lease negotiations, including lease terms, rent structures, and tenant improvement allowances, in collaboration with legal and finance teams. 
• Oversee and maintain accurate leasing documentation, including proposals, commission agreements, lease agreements, and internal approval forms. 
• Conduct market research to stay informed about competitive leasing rates, emerging trends, and industry best practices. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants to ensure tenant satisfaction and long-term retention. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies, property brochures, window graphics, and digital outreach campaigns to attract tenants. 
• Facilitate and lead site tours, hard hat tours, and broker meetings to showcase available spaces and development projects. 
• Partner with Asset Management to analyze leasing activity, occupancy trends, and financial performance, and provide recommendations for portfolio growth. 
• Work closely with Tenant Coordination, Construction, and Development teams to finalize work letters, pricing quotes, and test fits to streamline the tenant onboarding process. 
• Ensure efficient leasing operations and administrative functions. 
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to build relationships and increase visibility within the market. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, property management, or a related field. 
• Strong knowledge of lease agreements, financial modeling, and industry regulations. 
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, brokers, and internal stakeholders. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and lease management software. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
