Leasing Agent Job Description:
Wrighthaven Square is a brand new garden-style apartment community located within Libbie Mill - Midtown in Henrico County, Virginia. This exciting new development will feature 336 modern apartment homes across 15 three - and four-story residential buildings, along with a clubhouse amenity building and resort-style pool. Apartment homes will feature contemporary finishes and architecture that complement the surrounding community.
We are looking to add a Leasing Agent with previous residential leasing experience to our Wrighthaven Square team starting on January 5th . As a leasing agent you will greet prospective residents, qualifies, determines needs and preferences, answers incoming phone calls and handles accordingly. You will maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends and assist in creative and efficient ways to market the property and be responsible for maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other common areas of the property.
An ideal leasing agent candidate will have prior experience in customer service and one year experience in leasing and property management. If this is you, please look at our requirements and apply today.
