What we're looking for:

We are seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to join our team at The Madamore Apartments, a new, 312-unit, luxury community located in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Leasing Agent at Ackermann Group, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a professional, positive, and engaging experience for prospective residents while showing apartments and answering questions
• Proactively managing sales, outreach, and lead generation, and converting leads into sales.
• Assisting in the preparation of market materials including newsletters, market surveys, and residential activities
• Processing apartment applications and lease renewals and accurately completing all related paperwork
• Working with the maintenance team to ensure apartment turnovers are completed in a timely manner
• Acting as an ambassador between the public, the residents, and the management team and providing quality and value by assessing the needs of every client and offering solutions

The ideal Leasing Agent will have:

• Previous customer service experience is required. Leasing and/or sales experience is highly preferred!
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office. Experience with Yardi Voyager, Rent Café, and CRM is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly develop rapport with prospective residents
• The ability to work well in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability to work full-time: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm + rotating Saturdays, 9:00am - 4:00pm
