Guaranteed hourly ($16-25 per hour)

As a sales person for solar, roof, paint, and windows, your role involves reaching out to potential customers through door-to-door sales techniques to acquire leads for our sales representatives. Here are some key responsibilities and tips for success in this role:

• PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: Our company provides the training and mentoring you need to explain our solar, roofing, window products, and services.

• EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION: Must have strong communication skills to engage potential customers and convey the value proposition of your company's products and services.

• APPOINTMENT SETTING: Your primary goal is to schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential customers. Building rapport and understanding the customer's needs is a must to be successful at this position.

• FOLLOW-UP: Be diligent about following up with leads who have expressed interest but may not be ready to schedule an appointment immediately. Persistence is key.

• TEAM COLLABORATION: We are a team at Sunlight Solar and work together to build, mentor, and encourage to climb the ladder to success.

This is NOT A REMOTE position - you will need to be able to physically commute to the office.

This position requires long hours walking around neighborhoods. Having the ability to be on your feet and walk around is essential.
