LEAD GENERATOR
Location: Georgetown, DE Home Depot Stores
Shift depends on the highest store traffic times, typically 10am-7pm. Fri- Mon. Flexible 5 hour days- (your time choice). Sobieski business needs are typically 20 hrs. per week. Potential to transition to FT
The Lead Generator’s primary responsibility is to obtain leads for the Residential HVAC Install Sales department. Lead Generators (LGs) work in our partner locations (Home Depot stores) to find prospects who want/need to replace their current heating and/or air conditioning systems. LG’s secondary goal is to create a future customer that Sobieski can nurture with other service offerings.
Home Depot LGs are active lead generators who assertively pursue leads by engaging customers in conversations, by offering marketing materials and by seeking customers throughout the store and engaging with store employees to educate them regarding products and services we offer.**Previous HVAC experience is not required as we provide extensive training and support.**
