Polestar Plumbing is seeking a part-time Lead Generator to join our team! We are looking for a competent individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, loves sales and engaging with the general public.

Job Summary:

Partnered with Costco, the Lead Generator generates HVAC leads in multiple Costco locations in the Kansas City area.

Compensation: $19.00 / hour plus commission.

Position Responsibilities : Gather interested party contact information and relay it to our office in a timely manner. This is a job in Costco, not for Costco.

• Requires conversations with customers on a daily basis.
• Occupy kiosk station at assigned locations during scheduled shifts.
• Generate leads and set appointments.
• Input lead details accurately.
• Educate members and increase awareness of the company: top-quality HVAC maintenance, repair, and replacement.
• This position will require some evening shifts.
• Requires ability to work alone.
• Candidates will need reliable transportation to store locations.

Requirements:

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Dependable, flexible, personable, professional, and energetic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to Text, E-Mail, use a tablet/ smart-phone.
• Willingness/ability to engage with customers within an in-store setting.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours (not always necessary, but sometimes required).
• Some sales experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
• Career minded.
• Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous.
• People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects.
• Career oriented. This position is designed for a new sales professional looking to learn, gain experience and advance.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College or technical school preferred.
• Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Certifications:

• Valid driver’s license.
