Production Manager – Large Format Graphics

Westchase, FL | $23.00 - $29.00 | Full-Time | In-Person

We’re growing—and we’re looking for a Production Specialist who’s passionate about print production, thrives on problem-solving, and wants to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.

What You’ll Do

• Managing daily production operations to ensure jobs are delivered on time and to spec.
• Operate UV, Solvent ink printers, high-speed cutters and finishing equipment.
• Preflight and RIP files (Onyx) using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Maintain quality standards by inspecting materials and products throughout the production process. Support printing and finishing techniques.
• Support production team members to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with sales and design teams to deliver outstanding results to clients.
• Equipment maintenance. Accept deliveries. Prepare shipments.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of production or print management experience (large-format preferred).
• Strong knowledge of large-format printing techniques and finishing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience with UV, Solvent Ink printing. Install experience a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
