Job Summary/Company : Sparks Group has partnered with a leading Global IT provider seeking Entry level laptop refresh technician for a contract opportunity. If you are eager to learn and get your feet wet in the IT field this is the ideal role for you!

Responsibilities :

• Unload shipments of equipment
• Prepare shipments of equipment to be deployed
• Prepare equipment to be installed (I.e., Clean, image, laptop setup and peripherals)
• Manage day-to-day requests from end-users to fulfill laptop and peripheral computing needs and IMAC's as necessary
• Replace/install RMA'd components provided by vendors, as needed
• Meet customer service and service delivery agreements

Qualifications/Background Profile :

• Eagerness and willingness to learn
• Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or business training desired
• Previous customer-centric experience
• Must be able to pass background and drug screen
• Excellent communication skills
