In full growth mode, we have just launched a search for a Junior Real Estate Analyst to join our team at corporate headquarters in NYC. 

Role of a Real Estate Analyst at The Halal Guys: 

• 1-3 years of experience with restaurant franchise models relating to Real Estate selection, site analysis and related responsibility.

• Understand the basics of restaurant franchise models relating to Real Estate processes • Create presentations using PowerPoint to present analysis on proposed site submittals by franchisees 

• Review documents like (Letter of Intent/Leases) to ensure it is following corporate standards 

• Utilize Microsoft Office efficiently like (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.) 

• Understand and guide Franchisees through the site search and final lease execution 

• Utilize Google Earth Pro to update and track territories relating to the internal franchisee base 

• Analyze proposed new market areas for development and create presentations based on the analysis 

• Understand the corporate site selection process thoroughly to conduct market visits with franchisees to share knowledge on finding optimal sites for development based on metrics utilized internally 

• Coordinate and lead weekly calls with franchisees to track progress on the Real Estate site selection process 

• Assist the Construction Department with any analysis relating to value engineering or any project relating modelling or further research analysis 

• Work with the executive committee to complete adhoc projects relating to FDD and franchise documents in relation to internal datasets 

• Constantly updating OneDrive Real Estate documents to ensure internal datasets are properly maintained and stored 

• Utilize a project management tool like Franconnect to help franchisees understand the platform and properly use the platform to move the corporate process into this new tool 

• Utilize a data analytical tool like Kalibrate to create reports and analysis on proposed territories and sites 

• Create economic analysis reports for internal deals and adhoc requests 

• Assist the Director with any current deals in doing analysis reports relating to real estate metrics or financial analysis as well as coordinating the deal progress to ensure proper delivery of proposals 

• Work closely with Franchisees and develop effective time plans to stay on track per their development agreements 

• Coordinate internal meetings 

• Use Python to create basic scripts to help with any analytical processes or automate internal tasks 

• Problem Solving: Understand the ask of the executive committee for adhoc projects and deliver solutions efficiently with proper analytical research 

• Verbal Presentations: Concisely explain your analysis for a task and present it to the Director and Chief Development Officer for further feedback 

Commute: Corporate office is relocating to Uniondale, NY, 11553 in October, and all applicants must have reliable commute.
