The Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team and bring ideas to life visually across campaigns, social media, presentations, and branded content. This role requires someone who lives and breathes design, understands the speed of culture, and can balance sleek aesthetics with scroll-stopping originality.

But at SIA®, being a designer is more than making things look good. You’ll play a key role in communicating with internal teams and clients, making sure the creative process runs smoothly and that you get exactly what you need to deliver your best work. You’ll need to know how to guide clients toward giving the right inputs, respect internal workflows, and keep communication clear and efficient.

Equally important: the ability to adapt under pressure. Last-minute requests, creative pivots, and quick problem-solving are part of the mission — and you’ll be expected to shift gears with creativity and confidence, finding solutions that keep the team and clients moving forward without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

\t•\tConceptualize and design social-first graphics (static, motion, stories, Reels/TikTok assets).

\t•\tCreate decks, moodboards, and presentations that visually wow clients and partners.

\t•\tDesign campaign branding elements (logos, typography treatments, templates, etc.).

\t•\tCollaborate with content producers, editors, and account teams to ensure a cohesive look across all platforms.

\t•\tCommunicate clearly with internal teams to manage feedback, follow process, and secure what’s needed from clients.

\t•\tFind quick solutions when the team hits a wall — whether that means pivoting a design, rethinking a format, or inventing a workaround.

\t•\tStay on top of design, social, and cultural trends — and bring them into your work.

\t•\tDeliver quick turnarounds without sacrificing quality, even when requests shift last-minute.

Requirements

\t•\t2–4 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).

\t•\tProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects a plus).

\t•\tStrong portfolio showcasing social media and brand design work.

\t•\tExperience creating assets for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

\t•\tAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

\t•\tBonus: Motion graphics, animation, or video editing skills.
