Base pay range

$58,000.00/yr - $62,000.00/yr

Industrial Communications West is seeking a detail?oriented and proactive Junior Database Administrator to join our growing telecommunications team. This role is ideal for someone with foundational database skills and hands?on experience with QuickBase who is ready to support mission?critical systems and help streamline operations across our network infrastructure.

• Maintain and support relational databases used in telecom operations
• Develop and manage QuickBase applications to automate workflows and reporting
• Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize queries
• Assist in data migration, integration, and cleansing projects
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal policies
• Ability to train others in database tools and best practices
• Collaborate with cross?functional teams including engineering, customer service, and IT
• Document database configurations, processes, and application changes

• 1-2 years of experience in database administration or data operations (preferred)
• Proficiency with QuickBase or similar platform
• Strong analytical and problem?solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record for the past 3-5 years, valid driver's license, clean or acceptable criminal background check, and clean substance screening
