We are looking for entry-level data analysts who should be self-directed and will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business, covering a range of topics.

Position: Data Analyst

Hire Type: Fulltime on W2

Location: Lansing, MI

Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 (Negotiable)

Eligible EAD: CPT-40, OPT, OPT-EXT, H1B, H4-EAD, L2S, GC.

Job description:

• Generate insightful analysis and visualizations suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Aid in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the organization's data infrastructure and reporting environment.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing data-driven decision-making processes across the organization.
• Contribute to the enhancement and documentation of organizational data policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Perform external data reconciliation with regulatory affairs databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• A bachelor's or undergraduate degree is required.
• Familiarity with programming languages like SQL, R, and Python, particularly in the banking and finance sectors,.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Strong leadership and planning skills, with the ability to navigate diverse business landscapes.
• Ability to develop effective networks with internal and external stakeholders.
• Preferred familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Competence in managing and utilizing large datasets, with an understanding of data processing and analysis workflows.
• Commitment to maximizing the power of diversity and inclusion.
