Job Description: Junior Art Director

CROWN, a sister agency of Vicarious Agency, is seeking a talented and dynamic Junior Art Director to join our creative team. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about visual storytelling and skilled in videography, cinematography, and video editing. The Junior Art Director will contribute to various projects, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to life through exceptional visual content.

Location: Seattle-area

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute visual strategies for diverse media campaigns.
• Lead and manage video production from start to finish, including pre-production planning, on-site shooting, and post-production editing.
• Create compelling and visually appealing video content that aligns with the strategic goals of our clients.
• Assist in directing photoshoots and other visual media productions, ensuring high-quality output that meets client specifications.
• Develop storyboard ideas and translate abstract concepts into visual narratives.
• Continuously explore and incorporate new techniques in videography, cinematography, and editing to enhance project outcomes.
• Participate in client and team meetings to discuss creative direction and project progress.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Film Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience in videography, cinematography, and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Creative and artistic skills with an eye for design, composition, and detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple timelines and deliverables.
