Jewelry & Accessories Designer – Midtown NYC (In-Office, Full-Time)

About Us:

We are a dynamic, trend-driven showroom specializing in jewelry, hair accessories, beauty accessories, and tech accessories . Our team is collaborative, fast-paced, and always ahead of the curve in trend forecasting and product development.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop and source jewelry and accessory collections for both showroom presentation and individual customer needs.
• Research current and upcoming trends to create innovative, market-ready designs.
• Understand, develop and create appropriate product within price-points and meet tight deadlines.
• Work closely with overseas factories and vendors to develop and price products.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure the collections are saleable and affordable for our clients.
• Collaborate with design team on the design process, market collections, and showroom merchandising and set up.
• Assist with packaging development (experience in this area is a plus!).
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop (CAD skills required) for product design and presentations.

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of costume jewelry design experience for junior and contemporary brands
• Strong Adobe Illustrator skills and Photoshop for CAD designs are a must
• Passionate about trend forecasting and product development .
• Organized, able to multitask, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment .
• Friendly, energetic, and eager to learn and grow within our team.
• Ability to identify trends and build collections around them that are price point conscious based on customers requirements.
• Knowledge of material manipulation and hands-on assembly
