Managed Services Provider seeks a Highly Skilled/Proficient IT Systems Administrator to join our customer support team!

Are you ready to take your IT career to the next level? Join our dynamic team as a System Administrator and become a trusted advisor to our clients. This is not your typical Systems Administrator role. You'll spend most of your time visiting customers on-site, managing their environments, and building strong business relationships. You'll work with various technologies and end users, providing top-tier IT support to our extensive client base in and around the Denver Metro area. Adaptability is crucial due to the diverse office cultures and technologies you will encounter.   • This is NOT a remote position and requires an office and onsite client presence
  • Minimum of 5 years relative IT industry experience
  • Industry Certification or degree is a must to be considered.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and support a set number of on-site clients with a regular schedule.
  • Provide desktop support over the phone and in-person, troubleshooting a variety of network and end-user systems.
  • Develop and document technical procedures and end-user guides.
  • Seek ways to apply technology to business processes.
  • Research and provide information on technical trends.
  • Collaborate with our team of technology professionals to deliver best-in-class IT support to over 1600 endpoints.
  • Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures.

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot and diagnose issues, following them to resolution.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, a fast learner, and able to think on the fly.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with utmost respect for the client.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows desktop, server, and networking systems and protocols.
  • Solid understanding of firewall concepts and cloud-based technologies.
  • Solid understanding of virtual system management using VMWare or Hyper-V.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT industry experience.
  • Technical certification or IT degree is required.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must have proof of active automobile liability insurance that meets Colorado State Law requirements.
