Key Responsibilities:
- Account Community Management:
- Assist with online community management, ensuring high-quality engagement and error-free copywriting.
- Meet deadlines and anticipate team feedback or needs.
- Monitor messages, comments, and replies across all channels, including weekends as needed.
- Content Execution & Project Management:
- Learn to adapt client tone and voice through copywriting for blogs, emails, and social media content.
- Contribute to special client projects and campaigns by executing timely and engaging content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and create effective solutions.
- Support client relationships by assisting with meeting preparations and communication.
- Influencer & Ambassador Outreach:
- Help source and build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Ensure projects stay on track and within budget through efficient execution.
- Assist with various tasks such as project organization, packaging, and client deliverables.
- Contribute to office duties, including organizing and maintaining workspace.
