Position Summary: The Minnesota Twins Content team is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to be our 2025 Design intern. This internship provides an opportunity to grow your skills while working for one of the teams in Major League Baseball. This role will report to our Graphic Designer and will be responsible for assisting the design team with assigned projects, which include social, digital, and print executions. This role will work closely with our entire content team and the focus of the work will be organizational wide depending on the assignment. A passionate designer who's willing to grow, learn and develop while in this role would be a great fit for our 2025 Design internship. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Assist the Twins Creative team in ideating, designing, and executing work across a variety of projects. Support our community initiatives by supporting assigned designed projects as requested and volunteering when able. Create content and support brand marketing and/or social media initiatives throughout the season. Use our established toolkit to elevate, develop, and learn design in a collaborative and exciting environment. Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to think conceptually and work with a brand style guide to create new design executions, edit existing templates and prep files for production. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field. Physical Requirements: Able to lift items 35 pounds as needed. Time Commitment: February 2025 - October 2025. Hours: 40 hours/week. Pay Rate: $17/hour.
