About the Company - Staffing Now has partnered with a company in the Plano area that is looking for a Property Casualty Insurance Agent to join their team on a full-time basis.
About the Role - Responsibilities include Policy Management, Client Relations, Documentation, Sales Development, Target Achievement, Administrative Support, Financial Management, Data Accuracy & Compliance, and Lender Coordination.
Responsibilities
- Policy Management – Produce, present and explain insurance options, process applications, endorsements, renewals, and manage claims submissions accurately
- Client Relations – Build and maintain professional relationships, provide expert advice, and support clients through all policy stages
- Documentation – Prepare and send necessary documents to customers and lien holders, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Sales Development – Generate leads through networking and referrals, assess customer needs, and promote insurance products effectively
- Target Achievement – Meet and exceed sales targets through new sales, renewals, cross-selling, and strategic customer retention initiative
- Administrative Support – Manage phone calls, prepare reports, conduct research, and collaborate with team members to enhance service quality
- Financial Management – Handle customer payments, issue receipts, and verify daily financial reports across all policy types
- Data Accuracy & Compliance – Ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date in our CRM
- Lender Coordination – Work closely with our lender on lender-placed policies
Qualifications
- An active Property & Casualty License is required for this position
- Previous experience in the insurance policy management industry or a related field is strongly preferred
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with insurance software systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and precision in documentation
