Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Bluffton, OH

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal production performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair machinery including stamping presses, injection molding machines, PLCs, and 6-axis robots
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on boilers and air compressors
• Use laptops and diagnostic software to troubleshoot equipment and document work orders
• Work within a CMMS system and adhere to a preventive maintenance schedule
• Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Service pumps, motors, conveyor systems, and gearboxes
• Follow strict safety protocols including arc flash protection and lockout/tagout procedures

• Comfortable working with both mechanical and electrical systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.41 - $34.29/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
