The Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) delivers intelligence to inform policymakers, the force development enterprise, and warfighters to enable success. What if you could use your expertise in Biometrics and Identity Intelligence (I2) to support these vital missions?
As an Identity Intelligence Analyst at JCTM, you will conduct time-sensitive and mission-critical analysis of biometric, forensic, and all-source intelligence to support global operations. Your contributions will directly impact national-level watchlisting, force protection, and operational success.

Challenging Projects
You will provide support to 24/7 operations across tactical, operational, and strategic levels. From biometric-enabled watchlist management to facial comparison and identity resolution, your work will directly support deployed forces, intelligence partners, and national security priorities.
Key Responsibilities
State-of-the-Art Technology
Work with advanced biometric and analytic platforms such as DONISIS, BI2R, and facial recognition-enabled databases to support identity operations across global domains.
New Skills
Expand your technical and analytical proficiency across biometric modalities, facial identification, and national-level targeting support through hands-on collaboration and real-world mission exposure.
