Job Description

Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking an HVAC Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting a skilled team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to teamwork which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HVAC Technician

Location: Westminster, MD

Pay Range: $20.44/hr

Shift: 6am - 3:30pm (Mon - Thu), 6am - 10am (Fri)

What's the Job?

• Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, or overhauling HVAC equipment.
• Clean dirt and grease from machines and equipment using various cleaning methods.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance and calibration on equipment.
• Provide support and assistance to other technicians and team members as directed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment while complying with company policies.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a mechanical or technical field.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand mechanical systems.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to quality and safety standards.
