Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This role will start as a part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on mutual fit and company needs. As an HR Recruitment Manager at Headline, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent from around the world to support our exponential growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Global Recruitment Efforts: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across the organization.
  • Strategize Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates globally.
  • Enhance Employer Branding: Promote Headline's culture and values to attract potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the founders and team leads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
  • Optimize Recruitment Processes: Utilize data-driven approaches to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Support HR Functions: Assist with other HR responsibilities as needed, contributing to overall HR strategy and operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Recruitment Manager or similar role in a fully remote environment.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting top talent from around the world.
  • Familiarity with other HR functions beyond recruitment is a plus.
  • Experience with tools like Deel is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
