This program is managed by our corporate office in Daytona Beach, FL, spans over 12 weeks and typically begins around mid-May and runs through early August. It is based on a 40-hour paid work week. Summary: As an HR Intern at TopBuild, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources Talent team, assisting in various recruiting and talent acquisition initiatives. This position offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Your Responsibilities: Learn, compile, and test recruiting processes that have been identified as areas for improvement. Coordinate with the recruiting team and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to ensure updates and enhancements are effectively implemented. Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to consistently reflect our brand, culture, benefits, etc. Assist in developing recruitment marketing materials as needed. Other duties as assigned.
