Salary: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Pays $40,000+ a year PLUS a stipend for rent/mortgage!

We are looking for a skilled HOST HOME parent. Similar to foster care, Host Home service providers are compassionate people willing to open their home, provide care, and offer healthcare support and monitoring to adults with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. This is a contracted position that is ideal for a caring, nurturing person to offer personal care support, and who will advocate for and encourage their client to reach their life goals. Placements are generally long-term, anywhere from 2-5 years.

Pay based on the need level of the person you support, and there are a variety of levels of need available, depending on your skills, abilities, and interests. Pay ranges from $35,000-$55,000 per year.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring health and safety of the individual
• Assisting with personal care as needed
• Meal planning and preparation
• Scheduling and taking the individual to medical appointments
• Managing money such as SSI, food stamps, etc
• Taking the individual on community outings
• Completing daily and monthly paperwork and documentation

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be 21 or older
• Must have a reliable vehicle
• Must attend company trainings as required

**Host Home opportunities are available throughout Salt Lake, Utah, and Davis counties**
