In this role, you will:

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and symptom management.
Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Current CPR certification required.
Minimum 1-year related experience for inpatient units (IPU) and 2 years for other nursing positions. Experience in direct care of patients with life-limiting illnesses required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
