A Homemaker provides essential household and personal support services to individuals who require assistance in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment. This role involves performing housekeeping duties, meal preparation, shopping. Responsibilities: Household Management:

• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and laundry.
• Change linens and maintain clean and organized living spaces.
• Assist with grocery shopping and errands.
• Dispose of trash and maintain sanitary conditions

Meal Preparation & Nutrition Support:

• Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Assist with feeding if necessary.
• Monitor food and kitchen supplies, ensuring freshness and proper storage.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Prior experience in a healthcare or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• Supportive and compassionate
• High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver

• Take pride in providing high quality care
• Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)
