✅ What You'll Do as a Home Health RN

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
  * Complete initial assessments and develop individualized care plans
  * Administer medications, IV therapy, wound care, and other clinical treatments
  * Educate patients and caregivers on managing chronic conditions, medication use, diet, and post-acute care
  * Coordinate care with physicians, case managers, and the broader home health team
  * Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation

Hiring Locations:

• Natick / Framingham

Full-time hours (32-40/week) with flexible AM start times to support your lifestyle and scheduling needs. Mileage reimbursement included.

What You'll Need to Join as a Home Health RN:

• Active Massachusetts RN license
  * Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
  * Home health experience preferred (minimum 1 year ideal)
  * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  * Compassion, clinical expertise, and strong communication skills
