Certified Nursing Assistants are responsible for providing direct patient care and assisting with daily activities under the supervision of a licensed nurse. They play a crucial role in helping patients maintain their independence and providing them with comfort and support. Responsibilities: - Assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Monitoring and documenting patient's vital signs and reporting any changes to the nurse - Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation of patients - Feeding patients who are unable to feed themselves - Ensuring patients' safety and well-being at all times - Providing emotional support and companionship to patients - Assisting in the maintenance of a clean and organized patient environment Requirements: - Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant - Current CPR certification - Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Compassionate and caring nature - Strong attention to detail, Experience with in-home care 1-2+ years.
