Realiza tareas de mantenimiento y reparación del edificio y de áreas verdes; incluyendo, pero no limitándose a, remodelaciones, reparaciones, pintura, electricidad de menor grado, jardinería, Gypsum Board , etc. Realiza movimiento de equipo del Hospital, tales como recogido de materiales y mudanzas. reparar e instalar nuevas tuberías y válvulas relacionadas con la construcción de sistemas de tuberías / plomería de agua y vapor; cumplir con los planes de mantenimiento preventivo. Realizar destapes de tuberías. Instalación, reparación y/o remplazos de lavamanos, fregaderos, mezcladoras, inodoros, urinales, válvulas y cualquier otro tipo de equipo de plomería.
