We’re looking for a scrappy, creative, and analytical
Growth Intern to help us scale user acquisition through
Reddit . This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience owning a high-impact channel at a fast-moving startup. You’ll work closely with our Growth Team to test strategies, launch campaigns, and engage authentically with communities that matter to our users.
What You’ll Do - Own Reddit as a user acquisition channel: ideate, test, and iterate on growth campaigns to drive new signups, engagement, and conversions
- Identify relevant subreddits and develop strategies to contribute value and build awareness
- Run experiments with organic content, paid campaigns (Reddit Ads), AMAs, and partnerships
- Track performance, analyze results, and make recommendations to improve impact and ROI
- Collaborate with design, product marketing, and data teams to craft compelling content and messaging
- Stay plugged into Reddit trends, cultural moments, and emerging communities
About You - You’re an active Redditor or deeply familiar with Reddit culture, norms, and community dynamics
- You have a sharp eye for content and enjoy figuring out what resonates with niche audiences
- You’re analytical: comfortable looking at data and using insights to drive decisions
- You’re a creative experimenter who isn’t afraid to test unconventional ideas
- Strong written communication skills, especially when adapting tone to different audiences
- You’re currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated (or can show equivalent experience)
Bonus Points If You: - Have experience running Reddit Ads or managing organic brand activity on Reddit
- Have worked on growth, marketing, or community projects in a previous role or on your own
- Are curious about startups and excited to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Are open to working at Leland full-time upon completion of a successful internship, including relocating to Utah
