Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

• Possess a natural drive and competitive nature in sales
• Excel in establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing effective solutions
• Skilled in prospecting and generating leads
• Naturally adept at overcoming objections
• Demonstrate strong communication abilities and a dedication to service
• Collaborative team member
• Licensed real estate professional
• Over three years of experience in real estate sales
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Eager to learn and focused on growth
• Highly organized
• Open to learning scripts and dialogues
• Outstanding time management skills
