Job Description:

15 to Fit Method™ Pilates is currently seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to join our team. This Full-Time position is ideal for individuals passionate about fitness and looking to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. Please note that this job is Not a Remote Job.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead group fitness classes following the 15 to Fit Method™ Pilates guidelines
• Create and execute dynamic and engaging workout routines
• Provide guidance and support to clients during classes
• Maintain a safe and clean workout environment
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

• Certification in Group Fitness Instruction or related field
• Previous experience leading group fitness classes
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others
• Knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology
• Ability to modify exercises for different fitness levels
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
