Sunrise Mental Health -
We are looking for an amazing PMHNP to join our awesome clinic in Tucson. We promise you that this will be the best job you will ever had!
Why this is a great job for you:
- No call
- No nights/weekends. Monday - Friday. 4 tens available.
- We pay an hour each day for you to complete your charting (so you don't have to work at home).
- We treat you like an adult.
- You will never feel like a cog in a wheel. We truly value you.
- Initial patient appointment lasts up to 55 minutes. Follow up appointments last up to 25 minutes. You will be able to offer medication management with therapeutic interventions. This allows for better outcomes.
- We love and listen to your feedback. Since we are a small clinic, you can have an impact on how we do business.
- As a 1099 partner you will actually keep more money in your pocket then a W2. We can help teach you how to maximize tax benefits.
- We do not treat the SMI population.
- Hybrid model. Work from home and work in office.

Things to consider before applying.
Since this is a 1099 position there are no benefits. We do pay a higher hourly rate than a w2 to compensate for the lack of benefits. We expect more from you than a normal clinic would. We have a very high standard of care. If you usually give the minimum effort to your current job then this job is not a good fit for you. We are looking for people who are top performers. We will ask that you form an LLC (it is easy and we can walk you through it) so that you can maximize tax benefits.
