Graphic Designer

Myerstown, PA

• Create a wide range of marketing materials, including logos, ads, business stationery, brochures, and more for a variety of client businesses
• Engage with clients to understand their marketing goals and deliver on their vision
• Collaborate with Marketing Guides and other team members to align on project benchmarks and scope of work
• Review proofs with clients to gather feedback and implement necessary revisions
• Attend client and project meetings to discuss challenges and develop solutions

Founded in 1996, Rosewood Marketing is a full-service marketing agency guiding business owners in the Anabaptist Plain Community to sustainable growth through marketing leadership. For many clients, Rosewood is their first entry into a relationship with a marketing agency, and we aim to deliver results that support the values and culture of our faith-based clients.

We seek a Graphic Designer who will create & update client projects – brochures, catalogs, logos, ads, business stationery, etc. If you enjoy working with faith-based businesses and working creatively with a budget and a deadline, please consider joining our team. 

Our Ideal Graphic Designer:

• Experienced: 2+ years of graphic design experience is preferred.
• Computer Skills: Must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Google Suite is preferred.
• Team Player: Able to work in a team setting. Someone professional who maintains a positive & supportive attitude and pulls their weight.
• Ethical: Treats people respectfully, keep commitments and inspires trust. You work with integrity and uphold our company values.
• Organized: Able to follow through on daily/weekly/monthly tasks and deadlines; ability to prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality work on a deadline.
• Strong Communication Skills: Able to build good client relationships by listening and providing excellent service; speaks clearly and includes support via in-person meetings, video conferences, phone calls, or email.
• Active Listener: An excellent listener for our clients to clearly understand their needs. Someone who asks good questions.
• Self-motivated: Driven to continue learning and growing professionally; someone with the initiative to get started, ambitious, and hardworking.
