A succesful Government Contract Bidder/Sales Rep is someone who understands the government contracting space, looks and finds best opportunities to bid on. Has great relationships with vendors, and contarcting officers alike. Has the ability to negotiate prices and communictaes well. That person takes ownership of their position, is self motivated, driven, focused and can work with little supervision.
