Remote | Part-Time Contract with Potential for Full-Time

About the Role
As a Google Ads Specialist, you will manage and optimize paid search campaigns for a diverse range of clients. You'll design effective strategies, implement creative solutions, and use data-driven insights to drive lead generation and maximize conversions. What You'll Do
Develop and execute Google Ads strategies that align with client business goals.
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google platforms, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing opportunities.
Craft compelling ad copy and design landing pages to boost click-through rates and conversions.
Monitor campaign metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI) and make data-driven adjustments.
Stay current on Google Ads trends, best practices, and algorithm updates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align Google Ads efforts with broader strategies.
Host virtual client meetings to review campaign reports and strategize next steps.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
5+ years of customer service and/or sales experience.
Current Google Ads Search Certification.
Strong knowledge of PPC advertising principles and best practices.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics.
Experience with Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills (written & verbal).
Bonus: Experience with Salesforce or a related CRM.
Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
