Global Banking Executive Assistant - Contract - San Francisco - $35.00 - $37.00/hr.

Our client is seeking a Global Banking Executive Assistant in San Francisco.

Role Description

The primary role is to provide a combination of senior level administrative support, monitor ongoing reporting requirements and technical issue resolution. The successful candidate will have the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism, as well as have the confidence to make informed judgment calls and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities:
•Provide high quality administrative support primarily to a RELL team of senior and junior bankers as well as bankers from another sector.
•Proactively manage diary, scheduling/coordinating internal and external meetings, conference calls and video conferences across multiple time zones; liaising with assistants from multiple teams across the firm and ensuring forward planning for meetings, events and deliverables
•Answer phone calls, field messages, and deal with general inquiries
•Book heavy domestic travel and prepare expense reports in compliance with expense policy and procedures and in a timely manner
•Review and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
•Order supplies, maintain files (paper & electronic) and other confidential information; coordinate new hire requirements
•Handle and maintain confidential files in accordance with firm policy
•Coordinate Management meetings and Global team calls; scheduling, preparing agendas, distributing meeting documents
•Complete ad-hoc projects as necessary

•Team player, able to collaborate with team members to achieve firm goals
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
•Volunteers willingly to assist others, or assist as requested, based upon workload
•Ability to multi-task
•Prior experience with administrative support in a large organization is a requirement, with prior experience in investment banking industry preferred
•A college degree is preferred
