Job Description;
Qualifications · Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Geography, Geographic Information Science, or a related field. · 3 years of
Transportation/Railroad experience. · 3 years of experience with Esri ArcGIS desktop and enterprise products, knowledge of GIS data types, GPS collection,
relational database management systems (RDBMS), spatial analysis, and cartography. · Ability to collect, manage, analyze, model, document, and present
geographic or spatial data. · Experience with automating GIS processes and applications using Arcade, SQL, Python, etc.
Minimum KSAs · Excellent written and oral communication skills · Excellent interpersonal skills. · Excellent organizational skills with the ability to respond
positively to changing priorities. · Ability to work productively in a team environment. · Ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization and
communicate complex information effectively. · Superior analytical, critical thinking and decision-making skills. · Knowledgeable about project management
principles and practices.
Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geography, Computer Science, Geographic Information Science, or a related field. · 4 years of experience with Esri
applications including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcPro, Survey123, etc. · Experience with programming languages (SQL, R, Python), front end design
languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), developer packages such as Jupyter Notebooks. · Asset management experience or IAM training.
